Unique PROGRAMmING.
We all have different goals when it comes to our fitness, which is why Peak Human Performance provides unique programming and coaching to help you reach them. Each class we'll do a strength workout and a Metcon. We also provide you with optional workouts each day that you can do outside of class time to help you reach your fitness goals! Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger or improve on a specific skill/movement, we provide the programming to make that possible!
Individual focused.
In order to best serve and provide adequate attention to our athletes, all of our classes are capped at 14 people. Our classes are one hour long but we always have time before and after each class to give you the time to get those extra workouts in or work on any movements you're struggling with!
